 Lou - I am writing to tell you that I really was impressed with your course, "Real Estate Money Magic" because it makes many things clear that have never been clear to me about financing. You are also not afraid to tell people about loan fraud. Many sources of information about financing are "afraid to tell you about the not-so-good stuff" that can happen with a loan. You are not afraid to tell us the downside as well. I can take your course with me to a mortgage broker and "grill" him on his statements. We can find out what is really the case when we take out a loan. I also like your disclosures to sellers. I do not want to misinform or hoodwink anybody, and your disclosure forms are really something different in the real estate education field. The course is also easy to understand. Your explanation of terms in the lending field are invaluable. How to deal with mortgage brokers and the loan process is also outstanding.
