In addition to successfully investing in real estate since he was 18 years old, Josh has become a powerful figure in the world of Marketing and Internet Marketing specifically. He's been business partners and worked closely with Internet Marketing 'Super Guru' Matt Bacak for the last 2 years and in doing so has worked with and consulted to such greats as: Ted Thomas, Dave Lindhal, Jeff Adams, Drew Miles, Marlon Sanders and more. Josh has made a career of helping normal people achieve extraordinary real estate investing greatness and continues to do so every day.

Amanda came to Investorriches.com about a year ago and immediately shared Lou and Josh's vision and passion to help others help themselves achieve their goals. Amanda was a great fit and in fact she's become a very important part of the Investorriches.com family.
