So far, this seems to be the best real
estate investing course I've ever purchased.

I have just received your course "Investor Wealth System".  I must say at first glance that I was very impressed with the packaging and overall content of material!  First, a little about myself. I have fixed up and sold a total of 9 properties in less than 2 years. I really can't believe what I've accomplished in this short amount of time. I started out by getting a credit line loan against my business and after buying the first property, fixing it up and reselling it and paying off that credit line loan, the rest is history with one deal just leading to the next. I've found that all it takes is having a "goal" and determination to get there.

My goal now is to be able to sell my business and become a full time real estate investor by the end of next year. I wanted to let you know that by reading the first chapter and listening to only your first CD, I realized that I had done a few things wrong in acquiring those 9 properties and could have actually made even more money and could have made the process a lot easier if I had gone through your course earlier. I was shocked at the amount of information I have learned from the first chapter and CD alone and I can't wait to start the next. So far, this seems to be the best real estate investing course I've ever purchased!
