If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all Total Real Estate Riches, LLC. site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
